Preview Plugin: dealing with long file names

Description In case some long filenames are found in the distribution of an KG resource, the Preview plugin rendering is challenges. See capture below with CamelSnake on steroid type of filename:

Acceptance criteria

• rendering of the plugin should stay inline with others irrespectively of table content
• There should be a way to see the complete filename

Solution proposal To be further discussed in grooming.

• put a file length limit beyond which we put elipsis and show full filename on mouse over.
• wrap filename on multiple lines
