Note: Until this issue is fixed, this is not possible to use pip3 install git+https://github.com/BlueBrain/neurocurator.git because FileNotFoundError: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: '/private/var/folders/fk/.../T/pip-req-build-_xd87fgg/README.rst'
