[Annotations] Some text offsets are wrong

Annotations 100ddd86-eff7-11e5-8d17-c869cd917532 and 6018bec2-f022-11e5-ab76-c869cd917532 have wrong text offsets.

They have offsets lower than the annotation 89963966-eff5-11e5-b76c-c869cd917532 although they are after (page 13) it (page 11) in the PDF.

The priority is to verify that the origin of this error is not from the current code and so doesn't impact new annotations. This part will be done by @christian-oreilly.

After, the goal will be to correct the existing annotations.

The annotations can be found in 10.1523%252FJNEUROSCI.2740-15.2015.pcr.

Note: In the context of Poppler, this is not due to a wrong representation as boxes. Annotation 89963966-eff5-11e5-b76c-c869cd917532 starts as expected page 11 with a document box index (10'688) lower than the one of annotation 100ddd86-eff7-11e5-8d17-c869cd917532 (12'104) and the one of annotation 6018bec2-f022-11e5-ab76-c869cd917532 (12'163), both on page 13.
