Paper Zotero database: no 'Follow DOI to the publication website' and 'Select PDF' for grey entries

The possibility to 'follow DOI to the publication website' and to 'select PDF' available for white entries should be available also for grey entries.

Grey entries are records with a PCR file but no PDF file. White entries are records without PCR file or PDF file.
