Morphology Exporter: Adding support to export the morphologies to H5 files.

We can use NeuroMorphoVis to load H5 morphologies, visualize them and then we can use move the samples around to manually fix certain artifacts that we cannot be fixed automatically. Therefore, it would be nice to integrate an H5 exporter.
