Read sonata circuits with multi-populations

For some plugins in NMV, we need to be able to read sonata circuits to visualize synaptomes and synaptic pairs for recent circuits for BBP.

@markovg We have partial implementation, but it has not been tested yet. I will work with someone from the Viz to get it completed as soon as possible and will update you.
