Add computer.getDeviceInfo - untested, may need some fixes

This is required for Monolith, and possibly PsychOS, to boot.

Even if i'm not gamax92, this could be better if each component registered their device info?

Good point. I banged this out in about five minutes so it’s most certainly awful.
