Not all things show up in manager

Not all games or dlc show up in the manager and then you have to manually add the ids into the appslist which would be fine if greenluma manager wouldn't overite them when I use it sometimes. Like here is the Black Ops III campaign/multiplayer/zombies that doesn't show up in the manager search

How can I add external IDs to the profile? because I can’t find a pair of shinobi striker dlcs in green luma manager.
