Update for latest GL compatability

Stealth mode no longer works with GL2020 Manager. With the Implementation of GL2022 1.4.0 the manager can no longer start GL in stealth mode and throws an error.

It would also be nice to have the new GL feature "DeleteSteamAppCache" added to the manager.
