[WinError 740] The requested operation requires elevation

Anyone know a fix for this?

I have made sure I have administrator on this computer (It is my Personal Computer fyi) And I have made sure to run using administrator, yet I still get this error.

This also prevents the DLL Injector from working, and to pinpoint the issue, GreenLuma launches after steam is closed.

If I DO NOT run it as administrator, I get this error:

With administrator on, I get no such error, but the exact same events occur.
