[Suggestion] Additional Blocks to add to the Arc Furnace Recycling list

Description of the issue:

From Discord, link here Some items that logically should be able to be recycled are not, list below: Though not shown due to lack of chest space, all other non-colored sheetmetal should be recycable too but is not currently

No crash, just lack of items

Just checked, and some of these seemed to be missing. ~~Was that intentional?~~ (From discord: it was intentional on most, with possibility of getting back to them)

1. Steel structural arms ARE recyclable, aluminium ones are NOT (???) - unintentional, bug
2. Sawblades are not recyclable even though drill heads are, and they were on the (vetted in discord) image above
3. Scaffolding stairs and scaffolding slabs are not recyclable even through they were in the image above
4. Anvils are not recyclable
5. Sheetmetal slabs are not recyclable

With the addition of new items in 1.17/1.18, I suggest the recycling of these Vanilla blocks as well. Copper should give full for all, because the arc furnace already de-oxidizes things (ore), and the other two are just nice to haves.
