Some ZFP restrictions

When using a ZFP, it must be kept in mind that for this to work properly the block size must be 4, 4x4, 4x4x4 and 4x4x4x4 items for 1, 2, 3, and 4 dimensions respectively. Furthermore, it cannot be used any filter, so the filter must be set to NO_FILTER.
