Bcolz with c-blosc 1.7.0 and bitshuffle mangles data

Using bcolz 0.10.0 built against c-blosc 1.7.0. If the bitshuffle filter is used with a carray, data are mangled when taking a slice of the carray. See example at the end of this notebook.
