[Feature Request] Natural language for GitHub Issues

What's the problem? A lot of context for repos is located across GitHub issue threads.

What's the solution? It would be nice to be able to ask questions about a codebase while taking into account the issue threads' contents.

Sounds like an interesting use case. Makes it easier to help with specific bugs/errors as well as repeating questions.
