Fixed documentation for Entra-related cmdlets

The documentation had old cmdlet names that responded to AzureAD (e.g Get-AllAzureADUsers). I have updated the README.md file and changed all the referenced cmdlets to match the current function names (e.g Get-AllAzureADUsers -> Get-AllEntraUsers).
