Add the translation into Russian

Add the possibility of translating such line gui default and other such lines.

95% of all gamers (not only russian) play english, espicially with gregtech. It's very difficult to orientate in a such big mod with translation

@electrocoal ИМХО должно быть что-то вроде: Запас Энергии Запас Энергии (Инвертировано) Запас Пара Среднее Энергопотребление Средняя Энергновыработка и т.п.

AFAIK there are still a considerable amount of chinese-native-speaking players. (though most of them never use ic2 forum due to language barrier - -)

Anyhow I vote for this. For the sake of avoiding decompiling for translation.
