fluid filters dont work both ways

while messing with fluid filters today i noticed that for one you cant use them on the output pipe only one an input, witch doesnt work with other mod containers, and the screwdriver options are..... strange, shouldnt really need them if you just have a filter that well filters fluids, nothing goes through either way. well maybe an option to not allow backflow, so input only or output only modes
