[5.09.32pre3] Drain cover does not work on pipes

Drain not work.

Confirmed. Drain cover doesn't work on pipes but works on machine hull.

Caused by https://github.com/Blood-Asp/GT5-Unofficial/blob/bc2d51b4ff6f403c9d2aa40b1a41c6925f937a7c/src/main/java/gregtech/api/metatileentity/BaseMetaPipeEntity.java#L1180-L1181
