Regulator wrenching reversed

With other machine blocks, wrenching a face orient output this face. Except for the Regulator where wrenching orient output the opposite face. It does not look so intuitive. Please unify wrenching output orientation across all machines.

Wrenching backward issue also affect Item Filter and Type Filter.

Indeed, and this does not make sense having a reversed wrenching.
