Ensuring consistent transliterations of context specific words

I think that in a previous sub chapter of chapter 7 you translated CoinJoin as union de monedas, we must change that later, to avoid the use of different names for the same thing.

Great point from @csralvall, aside from this specific word there may be many other inconsistencies in other translated words for contributors in future translations to be aware of. Creating a glossary of these terms and the suggested translation would be useful for each language directory.
