UX: (?) button next to main net popop

I'd like see one of those (?) buttons next to the mainnet button, that pops up a window that briefly describes what each of the networks are for, and how large and how much other resources (bandwidth) they might take. Maybe work with @ShannonA on text.

Mainnet is the operational Bitcoin network used for transacting real funds. Unpruned size: 365 GB+.

Testnet is the classic Bitcoin testing network used for Bitcoin development. Unpruned size: 30 GB+.

Signet is a new Bitcoin testing network with more regular block production and scheduled testing of unusual conditions. 12 GB+.

Regtest is a personal Bitcoin sandbox, intended for testing of both Bitcoin usage and block creation. Unpruned size: 0 GB.
