Main Website Redesign

Introduction Due to my bad CSS and HTML skills, the main website is messy and far from fancy and ideal. This should be completely rewritten to look better than it currently does.

Proposal To ensure the website looks reasonable for mobile devices and when zoomed in and out, someone else than me should design this. There's a lot of improvements that could be made. @HimbeersaftLP will be the main contributor for this, so if you want to help ask him. :P

I'm half decent at CSS too. I'm making a developer site from scratch inspired by Google Developers, and it's not the worst thint in the world.
