Retention of regional information in replay data files

I discussed possible applications of regional data in replay files with Paul Keet during lunch on the second day of the Blizzcon 2017 AI workshop. Currently, regional data is being removed from replays as part of the anonymization process.

Paul was intrigued and then brought me over to speak to Dave Lawrence, who then recommended that I submit an issue request on Github. Dave appeared to indicate that this feature would be relatively simple to implement. Let me know if I can provide any more context or information about the data requested. Thank you in advance.
