Provide suggestions in the formed of canned phrases from which the write can choose from to complete his note. The canned phrases can be provided by the saythanks inbox owner and can depend upon

• the contents of the README.md of the repo or
• provided by the owner

Autogeneration of the canned phrases can also be considered.
