In-call audio does not work on Bluetooth headsets

Description

Bluetooth headsets do connect and play audio through apps such as YT Music, YouTube, and so on. Nevertheless, the moment I start a WhatsApp call, there's no audio through the headset. Moreover, when I use a voice recording app, the mic that's picked up is the system microphone and not the Bluetooth headset's mic.

Reproduction steps

1. Connect a Bluetooth headset
2. Use an audio app to play something (e.g. YouTube)
3. Notice that everything works fine
4. Use WhatsApp to make an audio call
5. Audio is not heard and the callee cannot hear anything
