Expected behavior 预期的功能
Spline Sinc 系列的适合笔记本这个平台高速缩放的滤镜， BlackmanResize 则是带点 antiring 效果，个人 MPV 配置 csale 就用这个， 补充点常用系列也觉得多点选择哈。 感谢大大。
