launching apps that use qt in bling applauncher in nixos makes qt theme not apply

i recently had this issue where i would launch apps that use qt like dolphin and prism launcher in bling applauncher and the theme not being applied, i launched them in the terminal and the themes were being applied as they should, so i suspect this is a bling issue, to reproduce this, use nixos,i am not sure if this is a nixos issue but since i am on nixos i will just assume this, then set a qt theme, then launch something like dolphin or an app that uses qt for gui stuff, you will see the theme not being applied and just defaulting
