Camera: After minimizing, camera will break out of world

This has been happening inside the last few builds, but haven't been able to figure out repro yet. It goes something like this:

1. Start a game in windowed mode
2. Navigate the camera to ???
3. Minimize window
4. Open window and observe the camera pan far out, which gives you a view like the pic below. If you then try to zoom with the mouse wheel, you'll find the zoom feature not working as expected (seems like either it's reversing the directions of the zoom or just fighting it in general?).

If you press home, you'll be able to view out of world.

I managed to grab save at the point in which the bug is like the first image above.
