Impossible unless structures are in your render distance. Maybe with cracked seed but paper fights seed crackers pretty hard so soon or later seed crackers will be rendered useless anyway.

Its possible if you have the seed since /locate figures that out from only the seed

Yeah but getting seed these days is getting harder and harder. Whenever people figure out new seed cracking method, paper patches it.

Anyway adding seed based locate command to bleach isn't bad idea. I would find some usage for that on SMP and anarchy servers with public seed.

or if u got the seed before paper patched it
