$setting issue/request

So with certain module settings I would love to be able to go past what the max is. (ex. meteor has a edit feature on the settings and future has a command) so it would be $setting speed strafe .50

you can already do it with $setting speed 1 0.5 but that command hasn't been updated in a long time so it doesn't work with subsettings
