irgsh-go is now requires customized reprepro binary

The current reprepro is not allowing us to sync bookworm repository. In favor of security reason, the maintainer of reprepro does not see this as bug or valid issue: https://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]/msg547229.html

Workaround:

• https://github.com/BlankOn/reprepro/commit/b84ac5719721835f8bf44db86dc344ed3d255da3

Thus it makes irgsh-go less generic and can not be deployed universally.
