Make Chat_UI accessible

thank you Prince for your amazing work. I want to let you know that pip command does not install several of the tools within the toolkit: mlx_vlm.video_generate – generate from a video file. mlx_vlm.smolvlm_video_generate – lightweight video generation. mlx_vlm.chat_ui – start an interactive Gradio UI.

Tried to clone the git repo and install using pip -r requirements.txt instead, but I was unable to find a way to install them. maybe i am missing something. i am a physician so i am not as learned in these realms as you!

Hey Javi,

Video generate should deprecated and moved into generate

Chat_UI needs to be fixed
