[Tentative] Trivial addition of the OpenAI URL.

Hi, for a personal project I needed that endpoint to compare several engines.

This is a very barebone implementation, but worked for quick&dirty.

Could be useful to others, and if there's interest I could probably polish this into something cleaner (more code reuse between the normal endpoint and this one).
