Alarm: optionally set a timezone

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Alarms are always based on current timezone. I'm traveling quite often and need to sets alarms for different timezones.

Describe the solution you'd like Optionally set a specific timezone for a particular alarm.

Describe alternatives you've considered If I want to set an upcoming alarm for a different timezone, I need to calculate the offset to the current timezone manually.

Usecase

• You want the device to remain in your home timezone but need to set an alarm for the current timezone
• you want to set an alarm in UTC (GMT)
• you want to set an alarm for the next timezone. Eg you have a stopover and don't want to miss your upcoming flight

This would also be very helpful if time is being switched from DST to normal time which can get very confusing otherwise.
