Unicode encoding problem

Quest.yml , if the Chinese text is included, will be automatically transcoding to become Unicode, can not be directly edited. I hope you can keep the Chinese characters, do not automatically transcoding, to facilitate the task of production. Thank you

If I'm not mistaken, this is a limitation of the YAML format. I will mark this as question in-case anyone can provide a workaround.
