User-friendly way of quickly testing face/eye tracking shapes

Hello!

It would be useful to have a menu for simulating face/eye tracking input from OSC, to test and see what about an avatar is working and not working. ATM, AV3emu has OSC implementation, which is great- but still kind of wonky to set up with real hardware.

Hi Casuallynoted~ 🌺

I think you're aware of this, but I'll say it for context anyway! :3 There is the OSC menu in the debug tab of the Gesture Manager.

There you can find a "Send" tab where you can send custom OSC packets to the listener! I think what you're asking is a way to send the OSC packets to the "avatar" instead so it can react to them, right?

Or I'm not understanding correctly?

Hello!

  • I believe that's correct, yes! A way to easily send the correct osc packet to trigger an eye/face tracking action for avatar testing purposes :)
