Hey @kjaymiller why don't we have events as the parent link while sponsored and bpd become a drop down and/or rename bpd events to "in house events"

The pico.css drop is pretty simple but I think there will be some css Override that needs to happen that is beyond the amount of research that I'm hoping to get done in this sprint.

I will keep this one out in the open for those wanting to execute on it.
