Avatar in top right not square when square avatars is selected

Not a huge issue but i've noticed that when i have square avatars enabled, the only avatar that is still round is the one in the top right corner. I am using the latest version of Good Twitter and i am using Google Chrome.

this behavior/look is currently by intention; however, I might add a toggle to change it. see #415
