Empty bar that takes up space on profiles and causes content overlap on tweets

Describe the bug Empty bar of space, on profiles doesn't effect functionality other than taking up space, but on tweets causes the back button/thread bar to overlap the profile picture and display name.

can't reproduce this. what gt2 settings do you have enabled? are any other extension/userscripts active that change the appearance of twitter?
