Please Install Tor

Get this when I try to run the code I've installed tor but still says the same thing

You are using this project on Windows and this project is for linux all you have to do for solving please install tor is

1. Use pip install tor
2. Go to your python installation directory [the default dir is : '\AppData\Local\Programs\Python\Python39']
3. Then go to \Lib\site-packages\tor
4. Copy this directory
5. In python IDLE open youtube.py
6. In line 119 and 122 paste your tor directory instead of /usr/sbin/tor [make sure that directory is between apostrophe --> ' ' ]
7. Save and use the youtube.py
