CAn not compile builder.py

I use kali linux , when make builder.py show this : Please install Pyinstaller: pip install pyinstaller

but pyinstaller is already installed: pyinstaller --version 3.5+498e6ee058

The builder is to only be run in Windows. The builder only builds executables from now on.
