Build docs using python3

Hi!

After reading the RTFD build logs for the rebased doc branch I decided to update the documentation build procedure to python3. Now at least it succeeds.

I'm going to wait until the most modules ported to python3 to merge this branch. Otherwise we'll get many empty pages.
