Revise the content on "Propose a change content page"

Why would you like to change the content? Revise the content so that it is more approachable so that people who are not familiar with Github feel comfortable contributing to the guide.

Suggestions

• Create 2 options on this page, one where people can contribute content suggestions via Github and one where people can provide content suggestions via other methods if they are not familiar with Github.
• Split the page into two sections with the above 2 ideas in mind and possibly shorten the Github explanation so that there is a 50% ratio between both content sections split across the page (If possible)
