Mining the Bitcoin testnet or signet

I would like to mine the testnet or signet to get some bitcoins I can use for testing. I know there are faucets, but it would be awesome to mine these test environments as an option.

I am aware that you need a wallet specific for these networks. Can a simple configuration change make the NerdMiner to mine these networks as well?
