Ability to manually set gas price and nonce

For EVM transactions, Bitbox has no option to actually see the proposed or overwrite the gas used. This leads to stuck transactions which in combination with the inability to set the nonce/overwrite transactions is quite catastrophic for UX.

In the app settings, you can enable custom fees. Then you are able to set a custom gas price when making transactions.

Closing due to inactivity. Custom fee was addressed, and it's not likely we will add custom nonces manually, but rather have a nicer UX to get transactions unstuck. One can use Rabby etc. for such low-level operations.
