BitBox App v4.39.0 - GUI now showing up
Hi,
so far I have been able to use the BitBox app on my computer without any problems. Yesterday I bought cryptos and transferred them to my BitBox wallet. As of today, I can no longer access the BitBox GUI. However, BitBox.exe is active in the task manager. I have not made any changes to my computer and have not installed any new software, patches or drivers.
I'm on Windows 11 Version 23H2 build 22631.2792). I have also restarted the computer several times. I have also uninstalled the BitBox app and reinstalled it from your website (BitBox app version 4.39 and tried 4.38 from Github). I could not find a log file in the BitBox folder. Only the Windows event display shows an error for the BitBox app.
I hope someone from the developers can make a comment on the error.
Strange, seems like the web engine process crashed, which is quite unusual.
Could you try with the latest update 4.40.0?
