Can't open sidebar once on "buy crypto" page

os: linux steps to repro:

1. start the app; resize so that the sidebar is collapsed
2. go to "buy bitcoin" screen; wait until it's loaded
3. try clicking on the top-left sidebar hamburger - the sidebar no longer opens

i'm speculating it might be due to the moonpay iframe, once loaded.

seems to be present in at least release v4.30.1.

Unfortunately I cannot reproduce the un-clickable hamburger in the buy view.

tested current master webdev and qt-osx, and 4.30.0 and 4.29.1..
