My wallet not let me send XPAT to other wallets

Feature / Issue

As a user I tried to send XPAT to other wallets, but the wallet no run this.

Acceptance criteria

  • [ ] When i tried to send XPAT from my wallet to to other one then the wallet no send the XPAT

Do you have ETH on your wallet? You need a small amount of ETH for the time being to pay the transaction fee when sending XPAT.
