UX/UI: Send Money Functionality

Feature / Issue

Because of the sprint-based development, we now have two ways to send or tokens that need to be reconciled. First, the user send directly from a wallet to an address. Second the user can send money using the Transfer DApp, inside a chat interface. The two methods are almost the same, but slightly different, as the wallet version uses a full screen, while the chat version uses a bottom sheet. The UI for these should be the same. Also, sending to an address does not have a good way to report results to the user. The user can (now) check the transaction using a browser, but that is not an elegant solution. The two methods should work the same and look the same, as much as possible.
