2 chats opened at the same time

When you get inside a nation chat from the dash board the tab below does not change to the nation tab. By doing this you can have 2 nations "opened" at the same time if you click on the nations menu and then choose to open any nation chat. You will end up with one chat on the dashboard menu, and one on the nations menu.

Acceptance criteria

• [ ] Make screens unique objects: When the user navigates to a screen for an object, such as a nation, that screen should be a unique screen. That means that navigating to the screen X from two different places should NOT create two different screen X display objects!
• [ ] Navigating to a nation screen should bring the user to the nation tab. So, navigating from the dashboard to a nation doesn't leave the user in the dashboard section, it takes you to the nations section.
• [ ] The navigation tab below should also change to the nation's tab.
